Libya Medical Relief is a non political charitable intiative established by Libyan doctors in the UK to initiate relief efforts in the aftermath of the 17th February youth movement in Libya.

Objective:

Immediate:

Arrange the delivery of medical supplies and surgical implants

Arrange relief Conveys and Charter planes to the two main cities of Tripoli and Benghazi.

To arrange for doctors and medical staff to provide support to affected areas

To coordinate evacuations of injured people to hospitals outside Libya (hospitals in North Africa and hospitals in the Middle East) to provide unavailable medical treatment.

Long Term:

Artificial limbs and prosthetic centre

To provide support to hospitals in remote and devastated areas in Libya to support healthcare.
